Harley-Davidson LiveWire an electric lightning bolt

The Harley-Davidson LiveWire is the first all-electric motorcycle from the American brand. It is an exhilarating model with an evocative design to offer the rider a high-performance riding experience along with the most advanced technology, latent in its H-D Revelation™ electric propulsion engine.

The global launch of the zero-emission model has become the first milestone for Harley-Davidson, the American company that has defined the motorcycle industry for the past 115 years, in its quest to lead the electrification of motorcycling.

The company is committed to preserving and renewing the freedom to ride motorcycles by investing in the electric infrastructure and bringing industry-leading technology to the future product line to bring the brand to new users looking for new ways to get around without losing the essence of high-performance motorcycling.

Its features, designed to optimize driving for the urban user, allow the driver to enjoy a range in the city of 158 kilometers on a single charge, as well as agile driving that allows acceleration with a simple twist of the throttle. Optimal driving without the need for clutching or shifting gears, to ensure safe control in urban traffic and enjoy every curve.

The LiveWire offers a renewed motorcycling experience, accessible to new riders and exciting for experienced riders. This model alters many of the sensations that have defined motorcycling. The H-D Revelation™ engine delivers extreme power, so the bike can go from 0-100 km/h in 3.0 seconds and the acceleration for overtaking from any speed is truly exceptional.

The electric motor of this model produces the minimum of vibration, heat and noise, all in favor of rider comfort. The LiveWire is designed to produce a new Harley-Davidson sound, which increases with acceleration and speed – a futuristic sound that defines the motorcycle’s smooth electric power.
