Eneas Alternative Investments is an independent firm dedicated to investing in unique high return opportunities in Spain. We receive one or two unique opportunities on a weekly basis which we analyse and pre select to present to our investment committee. Having two independent teams focused on two different sectors, Private Equity and Real Estate, allows us to have access to multiple and diverse unique set of opportunities. Access to deal flow is vital for our business and critical to achieve significant returns. At Eneas, we work to establish personal relations with families and entrepreneurs to be in the heart of the business fabric. We build midterm relationships with companies and their teams before closing a deal. Information that allows us to better understand the nuances of each business and market with and environment that is becoming more diverse, more dynamic, more changing. During the past months, we have celebrated several small and private events to introduce Eneas to new families and entrepreneurs. We enjoyed a private visit to historical collection of the Alba family at the palace in downtown Madrid finishing with a meal served by the team of the renowned cook Dani Garc\u00eda at the palaces kitchen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recently we had an exclusive dinner and lunch and the restaurante Hermanos Torres at Barcelona where we celebrated their second Michelin star.<\/span><\/p>\n

From these special events we have meet families and entrepreneurs which we are already collaborating in several business opportunities. We hope to continue with these private events to grow our knowledge of the Spanish business fabric.<\/span><\/p>\n
