Cool Vega Company and Juver establish a strategic alliance for the production and packaging in brick and PET of gazpacho and salmorejo to offer a better alternative to the industry

Antonio Molina, CEO of Cool Vega Company, and Juan Ramón Ugarte, CEO of Juver, have signed a strategic agreement, in a first phase oriented to the sale and marketing of gazpacho and salmorejo in refrigerated brik, which will allow offering to the market products with high added value, by joining the leading knowledge of both companies in their respective areas. In a second phase, it will facilitate the development of new collaboration projects in other areas that could come to light during the next year.

Cool Vega & Juver: a perfect team

On the one hand, Cool Vega is an expert in the production of fresh gazpacho and salmorejo and in aseptic PET packaging, while Juver is an expert in the production of juices and in brick packaging. Thus, through this alliance, consumers will be offered a product resulting from the union of years of knowledge in the production and packaging in brick and PET of gazpacho and salmorejo and other vegetable beverages.

Molina emphasized that this decision “provides large-scale distribution with an alternative that unifies the synergies of two leading companies in their sectors to offer a comprehensive copacking service”.
