The craftsmen of Novitec are on a roll and keep adding to their impressive catalog. They presented their package of innovations for the Lamborghini Huracán Tecnica, and now it is the turn of another Italian. The Ferrari 296 GTB has passed through their hands with a result that makes it even more attractive and desirable.
The tuning specialist, which is characterized by respecting the original design to the maximum and only reinforcing the key areas they consider, has revealed a package of new features that make this Ferrari a more attractive model than the original. Just one look at the exterior is enough to fall in love with its matte gray paint and the contrasting effect of yellow in key details such as the front bumper, the center section of the hood or the rear, in addition to the Vossen forged alloy wheels painted gloss black, 21 inches front and 22 inches rear mounted on tires measuring 255/30 ZR 21 and 335/25 R 22.
Moreover, it attracts all eyes by the reduced height of the body to the ground, thanks to new springs that lower this dimension by 35 millimeters, which visually reinforces the sportiness and lowers the center of gravity for a more dynamic driving. Novitec has confirmed that this is an appetizer, as it is preparing a kit of carbon fiber parts that will offer a more aggressive look.
For easier access to garages, it offers a front axle lift system with an additional 40 millimeters at the touch of a button.
For the interior, Novitec has an endless catalog of materials, colors and proposals to satisfy every customer’s taste, offering a finish of a level of refinement equal to the original Maranello brand. But where this 296 GTB stands out is in the mechanical field.
The hybrid supercar equipped with an electric generator “MGU-K” extracted from Formula 1, has increased its performance very generously, thanks to an exhaust system in stainless steel or Inconel, a material more resistant to heat, with which the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine of 830 hp is now wilder.

Specifically, 38 horsepower more to reach no less than 868 horsepower, a maximum power that is also the result of an optimized exhaust flow with new turbochargers and custom-made 100-cell metal catalysts, culminating in exhaust tips that can be clad in carbon or plated in fine gold.
A system that not only offers extra features, but also a sound to match, whose price is unknown and remains a secret to the customer, as usual.
