10 TIPS TO MANAGE YOUR STRESS IN A POSITIVE WAY:

  1. Think of yourself. Love yourself and be able to show it. If you are not willing to abide by this point…don’t continue, you will hardly manage your stress in a positive way.
  2. Be consistent with your principles. If necessary, make them flexible and adapt them to every moment of your life. Anything that is not flexible ends up constraining and stressing us.
  3. Balance your “I want-I can- I do”, and filter it out of acceptance.
  4. Organize your time according to what you have concluded regarding the previous points.
  5. Choose at least one activity that motivates you, likes you and makes you happy. Include it in your agenda as essential and not extendable.
  6. Do not dispense with good relations at any time, simply manage your agenda so that this is possible, and enjoy them in FULL ATTENTION.
  7. Improve your assertiveness. Consider it as a personal growth objective, it will help you to lighten your agenda.
  8. Use tools that help you manage your stress. Try them out, choose the ones you like best and make a habit of it. Don’t forget to take several active breaks during the day and practice them.
  9. Improve your diet. Think that we end up being what we eat. And… move, do some type of physical activity that you like.
  10. Commit yourself to this method NOW! and answer this question… from 1 to 10 What level of commitment can I have with all this? If your answer is less than an 8, go back to number 1, at some point in the process you have not been consistent with yourself.

The fact that you have taken the time to read this publication may be the first step on the way. And if you decide to follow it, don’t forget that this is a matter of background work and not of speed, that changes are generated with small steps sustained over time, and we assure you that the result will be rewarding!
