Under the slogan “Sustainability is profitable”, ECO-ONE has managed to bring together the solutions, services and products that a hotel needs to be more sustainable, in a simple and cost-effective way. They diagnose, analyze and manage solutions, simplifying the work of hotels in terms of sustainability.
Sustainable tourism purchasing center
ECO-ONE has the first purchasing center for 100% sustainable products for hotels. This technological platform brings together a catalog of 600 references, from more than 30 different manufacturers, with no fees, no commitments, no minimum number of suppliers and very competitive prices, for hotels of all sizes and types. This platform is very intuitive and is divided into: amenities, furniture, details, rest, cleaning, lighting, efficient equipment, paints and finishes.
The idea of creating this platform stems from the need identified in the hotel sector to have access to products that help them to be more sustainable.
Among the 30 manufacturers are well-known companies such as Pikolin, Porcelanosa, De Buen Café and Only Water, as well as smaller companies that have developed some really interesting products.
All products are sustainable, certified and efficient, reducing water, waste and/or energy consumption.
ECO-ONE offers solutions that adapt to the size and needs of each hotel, developing a customized action plan that, supported by specialized professional technicians and engineers, helps hotels generate a positive environmental and social impact. It also prepares hotels to comply with current and future regulations and to obtain certifications and labels that validate the sustainability of their accommodations.

Currently, ECO-ONE manages sustainability plans with 350 Spanish hotels. Some of the most notable projects include Ilunion Hotels, Sweet Hotels, Ruralka Hoteles and Primus Valencia.
Carbon Footprint specialized for hotels: The carbon footprint measures the total CO2 emissions generated by a hotel as a result of the development of its activities. It is important to measure the carbon footprint in order to know how much a hotel pollutes, to identify the main sources of emissions and thus be able to act on them, to save on resource costs and thus achieve greater energy efficiency.
Waste Management: The hotel industry generates thousands of tons of waste, and with ECO-ONE’s solution, hotels can know the actual management of all waste in a hotel, thus identifying shortcomings and areas for improvement that lead to savings in operating costs.
Energy Efficiency: An energy efficiency audit consists of analyzing a property’s major sources of consumption to identify areas for improvement and propose cost-effective solutions to save energy and reduce emissions. Optimizing energy consumption has a direct impact on the bottom line, reducing CO emissions, and therefore the environmental impact of a hotel.
Training: For ECO-ONE it is essential that all employees of a hotel are informed and aware of sustainability issues, because only a plan that involves all employees can make a hotel sustainable. ECO-ONE has created the first specialized sustainability training in hotels, where employees in each area have an independent learning path based on the application of sustainability in the development of their daily tasks in the hotel, from maintenance, cleaning, kitchen to management.
Interior and sustainable design specializing in hotels
Interior designer and co-founder of ECO-ONE, Zdenka Lara, leads the field of interior design and sustainable design specializing in hotels. She offers a turnkey service consisting of the creation, design or redesign of various hotel spaces based on two key concepts: timelessness and durability.
A specialized hotel solution that consists of analyzing, proposing and managing all the needs of a hotel in every room of a hotel, both indoors and outdoors.
This way of working with interior design can be applied in the process of creating new spaces, as well as in the case of renovating spaces where the concept of sustainability is to be incorporated into the interior design and design. In this process, the integration of the environmental factor is applied to textiles, lighting, materials, furniture, etc.
