Mirador de Cibeles

El Mirador Cibeles or Palacio de Cibeles is one of the best-known lookouts of Madrid. Hours: Tuesday to Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. They close on Mondays and on the following holidays: January 1st and 6th, May 1st, and December 24th, 25th and 26th.
