NoDrama Concept more than a signaturecuisine proposal

NoDrama restaurant, located at Calle Zurbano 67 in Madrid, opened just a few months ago and has already become one of the culinary references for foodies in the capital. Chef Pablo Fernández has created a very special concept of author in this new space, with capacity for only 26 people, where you can enjoy a unique culinary show: its Japanese bar in front of the kitchen where the elaborations are finished and plated, for the maximum delight and involvement of the diner.

Chef Pablo Fernández

NoDrama stands out for the deep technical knowledge of the chef and his contemporary, creative and internationally accented signature cuisine with touches of French, British, Nikkei and Asian cuisine

The new proposal is consummated in a sexy, seductive and refreshing culinary experience that under the name of “Pescatarian” dazzles gastronomy lovers.

As it is becoming usual in each new quarterly bet with which the chef turns NoDrama into a “new restaurant” each season.

From May until the end of the summer, NoDrama premieres its “Pescatarian” menu based on vegetables and fish. A healthy, healthy and light bet, perfect for the hot months that “satiates, but is not heavy”, according to Pablo Fernández. Here you can taste “white asparagus from Navarra with Japanese kimchi hollandaise sauce and cocoa crumble”, “wild sea bass sashimi with spicy shiso ponzu”, “poached egg with smoked seasonal vegetables and aji amarillo sauce” or a very Cadiz “fried ortiguilla in Thai citrus gel”.

In addition, cocktails also have a predominant place in NoDrama. Signature cocktails signed by the Italian bartender Dario Serra who officiates from one of the best cocktail bars in Milan (Ceresio 7). Combinations for before, during and after the meal, with non-alcoholic options.

This gastro experience is enhanced by a décor that also mixes Japanese inspiration, Nordic touches and minimalism by Morandi Arcela, from the Brandfood studio that designed Gastón Acurio’s restaurant. The central Neolith bar in winter white with cracks restored in gold, following the Japanese tradition of kintsug, is impressive.

“NoDrama is a space inspired by the freedom of creativity. We tried to create a neutral space so that the center of attention is Pablo Fernandez’s proposal. Colors that frame the experience and textures that give comfort to the space,” explains Arcela.
