BYAN- Exclusive designs for all types of women

Then followed dresses and coats and when, three years later, she returned to Madrid, she decided to bet on creating the designs she wanted to have in her closet: basic and special garments thought to the smallest detail by Andrea.

BYAN is a reflection of its creator, who not only designs, but is involved and coordinates every step of the process, from the design of the fabrics to the final product. “When I decided to create BYAN I was clear I wanted to have a Made in Spain brand, I wanted to have control of responsible and high quality production. It took me a year to find a factory in Spain”.

The first BYAN collection was launched with fabrics that Andrea personally bought in India. A winter collection with blazers and coats that sold out in a short time. “I wanted it to be exclusive, special, that’s why I make few units of each model, -I don’t want us all to be the same-, but at the same time accessible, my margins are very tight”.

This past summer she launched a collection of dresses that, again, sold out quickly. It is this success of the collections that has led Andrea Moragues to continue with this project and to launch her fourth season with the Made in Spain seal, from the manufacturing to the fabrics: “I have even designed the prints of the fabrics, that’s why they are so special, and I have added some garments like the vests, which I made when I was pregnant and that I think you might like”.

Andrea Moragues designs for today’s woman, no matter how old she is. A woman with personality, who likes unique garments and who looks for clothes with a plus, both in quality and design: “They are different garments, because the fabrics are different, but they have a very good pattern, they look great. I consider them a closet staple. I am sure that in 20 years my daughter will be wearing one of them”. BYAN reflects the daily life of its creator, where she finds the inspiration to make her designs: “I am not a super follower of fashion or trends, I am guided by my instinct, by what I like to wear and I was inspired by the women around me, like my mother and my sister”.

Despite launching her fourth collection this winter, Andrea Moragues maintains the essence with which BYAN was born, online sales, a single physical point in Madrid, limited number of units of each model and personal attention to her customers. “So far everything I have taken out has been sold out, I hope this season will be the same, but even so I keep the limited production, I think it’s one of the special things that BYAN has”.
